structured cabling installations, system add moves
and changes. During the last 3 years Unidata have
successfully completed the following:

Bishopsgate
Unidata have a team of engineer’s permanently
employed at this office location carrying out
the management, integration and deployment of
all technology moves in this City Headquarters,
moving up to 1000 people in a month.

Bishopsgate
As part of a ten floor refurbishment program
for ABN Amro at 199 Bishopsgate, Unidata were
awarded the complete re-cabling works associated
with each floor. In total some 15,000 Cat 5E
4 pair UTP cables were installed from wiring
closets to locations on each floor. In addition
to the horizontal cabling, Unidata were also
responsible for the installation of all backbone
(fibre and UTP) cabling, along with all associated
inter-communication room links. In total the
project took two years to complete at a cost
of £3,000,000 and was deemed so successful
that Unidata were awarded the on-going maintenance
and relocation works at all ABN Amro UK locations.
