During the Shell and Core process, Unidata are installing the Riser backbone, Server, and floor containment and cabling for all the floors. Unidata is providing the infrastructure, cabling, switchgear and terminal works for all the intelligent  Solar Shade system, which tracks the sun, weather patterns and surrounding structure shadow patterns, to build a completely controllable computer programme, enabling the building to be energy efficient, by saving heating, cooling and lighting consumption and making use of the suns natural light and heat source.
