Unidata recently conducted a structured cabling project fot the new University College Hospital which resides in the Euston Road This is a state of the art facility designed to be at the forefront of Medical Technology.

nidata recently conducted a structured cabling project The project itself spanned nearly two years, and covered 31 floors split between two buildings in a campus arrangement. Some 8,000 Category 6 UTP outlets were installed along with multicore fibre optic cables servicing the vertical backbone. In order to ensure the installation was as "future proof" as possible, multi-way blown fibre tubes were installed, some of these being utilised from day one.

nidata recently conducted a structured cabling project Although the base build design indicated that each floor had only one communications room, diverse wiring routes were utilised to provide added redundancy and resilience to the installation.

The UCH project proved Unidata’s ability to work effectively as part of large team, alongside widely diverse disciplines, over extended periods with great success.
